A student of Yoga since 1998, Nova (Andrea) Loverro Sprick’s study of Hatha Yoga, Therapeutics, Philosophy and Ayuerveda lead her to become a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor in February of 2006.  She has traveled great distances and spent thousands of hours training with her teachers John Friend, Founder of Anusara Yoga  and Yogarupa, Rod Stryker founder of ParaYoga.  Nova has taught yoga in the valley for ten years, with many teachers coming to practice as her student.  It is with joy that she continues to pass along the teachings that have supported and uplifted her life so beautifully.  Currently Nova operates a private studio in her home, teaches workshops regionally, retreats in Mexico and most recently instructs yoga at Valley View Hospital for Oncology and Staff.  

Nova is known for her authentic and warm nature that invites students to experience the fullness of their hearts.  Her deep understanding of the Principles of Alignment combined with the beauty of expression she offers of Tantric philosophy and Practices makes each class a rich and joyful practice.  It is with deep gratitude that Nova brings forth the teaching that her teachers have shared so lovingly with her.
