Tuesday - Advanced Guided Practice - 6-7:30 pm (for the kula....free)

Thursday - Beginning Anusara Yoga - 6 -7:30 pm

Friday - Mixed Level Anusara - 8:30 -9:45 am

Drop in $15 per class; Series of 4 classes $48

I will be out of the country from April 15 - 30; New series will begin second week of May.
