be held at Mar de Jade Holistic Lifestyle Center at Chacalo Beach in Nayarit, Mexico (about 90 min North of Puerto Vallarta).
Designed for Mixed Level Students who wish to dive deeper into their practice of Anusara Yoga, two sessions of yoga will be
offered daily in the morning and evening, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the beach and jungle surrounding areas. Practices
will include the Asana using the Universal Principles of Alignment, breathwork, tantric meditation and contemplation.
These practices invite you to move fearlessly into the jungle of your heart and emerge with clarity and expansion. Come
play and reconnect with the energy of your life through yoga and community and relax into greatness in the sea of green.
