Increasing evidence
suggests taht yoga can be a useful adjunct to standard care for cancer patients. Yoga- which includes a vareity of techniques,
including physical posture, breathing, meditation and relaxatino exercises - appears to have utility for patients undergoing
radiatin therapy and chemotherapy, patients in remissin who completed their treatments, and patients in hospice or palliative
care.
